JOB DESCRIPTION

Actively generate and develop leads, primarily through online channels while also maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Prepare proposals and quotes for potential clients seeking quality assurance and software development services, specifically in the areas of software testing, manual testing, automation, and AI.
Collaborate with account managers, project facilitators, and in-house engineers to support clients and provide technical assistance as needed.
Communicate essential project details to clients, including technical capabilities, milestones, and resource allocation, according to project specifications.
Demonstrate a willingness to expand knowledge of new technologies within the software testing and development domains.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required.
Proficient in English to facilitate negotiations with native speakers.
Conversational level of Japanese is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience in global sales.
Experience in software outsourcing.
5 or more years of sales experience is preferred.
JLPT N2 certification or higher is a plus.
Achieving a TOEIC score of 900 or equivalent is desirable.

Staff Engineer, Firmware

Create the firmware stack for a new project from the ground up, including selecting the operating system, setting up the toolchain, and developing the board support package. Develop firmware for real-time processing units across the project's hardware platform. Establish and maintain embedded Linux environments for onboard computing, including BSP setup, device tree configuration, kernel driver development, and userspace/kernel interfaces. Create and maintain low-level drivers for various components such as actuators, sensors, IMUs, and communication buses (CAN, EtherCAT, SPI, I2C, UART). Design real-time control loops with specific latency and determinism requirements. Work closely with different engineering teams to co-design hardware and firmware interfaces. Develop tooling for firmware flashing, diagnostics, and in-field debugging. Set and uphold firmware architecture standards, code quality practices, and review processes within the team. Contribute to the hardware setup for new releases of the project, starting from schematic review through validation.
