Golang Project Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build, guide and manage the development process of the project, ensuring the team applies the process effectively: Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban), Agile practices
Taking a central role while proactively being involved in leading, executing, implementing, strategizing and quality assurance as necessary for driving project successfully
Design database, write readable and testable code of functional and nonfunctional requirements
Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

5+ years of Web development
At least 1 year experience in project management or team leader: Define project objectives, Planning, Scheduling, Resource management, Risk/Issue management, Progress management
Have worked as a Golang senior software engineer or higher
Good experience in Agile: Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and practices
Experience in operating multiple applications in a production environment
Experience in collaborating with several teams
English skills (professional working proficiency)
Nice to have
Experience in developing B2B applications
Good experience in microservices, micro-frontend, and multi-tenantarchitecture design/implementation
Have worked as a Golang principal software engineer
