JOB DESCRIPTION

Task Ownership & Delivery: Monitor task progress and ensure timely, high-quality completion of assignments.
Technical Planning: Develop and present technical approaches prior to implementation, including detailed requirement analysis and planning.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers to provide ongoing production support and deliver reliable solutions to customers.
Technology Exploration: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.
Core Development: Build and maintain the foundational components of the project, ensuring scalability and robustness.
Engineering Best Practices: Apply principles such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to guide architectural decisions.
Integration Development: Design and implement integrations with third-party APIs and external tools to extend product functionality.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related fields is required.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Golang.
Openness to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
Intermediate English communication skills (listening and speaking).
Strong dedication to code quality and advancement.
Knowledge of Deployment & Docker.
Familiarity with GenAI.
Practical experience with eCommerce/CMS/ERP Platform.
Proficiency with integration tools, such as Payment, Delivery, and Accounting systems.
Familiarity with code review and GIT.
Background in concurrency processing, data analytics, or machine learning.
