JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled individual in growth marketing to take ownership of the Growth Marketing function. This role involves building the function from scratch and managing day-to-day activities with a hands-on and technical approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the current growth strategy and collaborating with the CEO to iterate on a new strategy. The responsibilities include overseeing SEO and content strategy, managing paid campaigns and budgets, developing self-serve channels, maintaining the company's public image, and supporting lead generation and sales efforts. In addition, the role involves working directly with the CEO on company priorities, investor and board materials, strategic research, and special projects. This position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the company's operations and growth.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Extensive experience in Growth Marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS startups. Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end owned channels and delivering tangible results.
Proficiency in managing and executing paid ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
Ability to handle technical aspects like creating self-serve funnels, onboarding emails, and website changes, and leveraging data to optimize these processes.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting customer-facing content and executive materials.
Strong bias towards taking action and implementing strategies promptly.
Resourcefulness in problem-solving and leveraging tools, vendors, or personal skills to achieve objectives.
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with the discernment to seek help when necessary.
Preferred background in Construction/AEC or PropTech, experience in video editing or YouTube, and familiarity with AI products.
