JOB DESCRIPTION

Advocate the benefits of AI Agents to solopreneurs through compelling educational content and storytelling.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire thousands of users through organic reach, community building, and product-led growth loops.
Create educational content (videos, blogs, social) to explain our tech and promote as a productivity tool for solo users.
Improve the user journey from "discovery" to "2-minute setup" to "active daily use."
Continuously experiment with new channels and messaging to scale our user base.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Interest in AI: A strong passion for AI Agents and the future of productivity tools.
Demonstrated Growth: Previous experience in successfully launching a SaaS product from scratch, specifically targeting individual users or prosumers.
Teaching Ability: Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging and shareable content.
Storytelling: Evidence of a robust portfolio—including blogs, videos, and social campaigns—showcasing the ability to establish brand authority and influence user behavior.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Comfort and success in navigating ambiguity and adapting to the fast-paced, experimental nature of an early-stage product.

Oversee the leadership, mentoring and development of two engineering teams, namely AI BI and AI-Powered Service Desk. This includes managing recruitment, evaluating performance, and facilitating career growth.
