Growth Senior Manager/Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop strategic acquisition and growth plan to launch and maximize immediate and long-term ROI for new businesses. 
Work with a cross functional team (Product, Marketing, Business Development, Operations) to establish and lead new initiatives growth strategies end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting to grow new customers & revenue for SBOC.
Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization for new businesses/verticals.
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in ecommerce, internet, technology and startup experience. P&L responsibility is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing techniques for both transactional & relationship marketing in B2B or B2C environments.
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
Very data driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data, proficient with analytics.
Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
