JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new products or initiatives and improving our Client products, prioritizing strategies based on market analysis and business capabilities.
Responsible for team and members development; facilitate the workload among squads and manage team deliverables.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Product Management:
Ensure the development and improvement of the product in charge. (e.g. apps, Merchant apps, External websites, Internal systems, etc.);
Work across squads under one domain, collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g. marketing, merchant, merchant operations, etc.) to gather requirements, propose solution that product team can provide as well as monitor products;
Develop a consumer product strategy that aligns with business strategy and executes it with teams;
Analytical and data-driven, love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every function;
Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do for improving our product; including interview and research the customers to figure out their problems;
Write documents or materials to share the product’s update within the organization;
Teamwork over the star player, collaborate and sync up with cross-functional teams.
2. Leadership activities:
Responsible for product and budget planning and recruitment;
Lead cross-functional teams with clear objectives and deliverables; be on top of product management;
Frequently conduct coaching/ feedbacks to boost performance of team members and ensure member’s development
Communicate with other teams to ensure the effective synergy among cross functions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Education:
A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Marketing, or experiences in related fields.
2. Experience:
More than 10 years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in related fields. (especially fintech, e-commerce or on-demand service, social network, etc.);
At least 2 years of leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams with 10-20 members;
Experience and being familiar with agile software development and engineering culture;
3. Skills/Knowledge
Understand enough the technical background to understand how our underlying products are built and have a keen eye on design;
Project Management, particularly prioritizing skills to ensure delivering request OTIF; 
Strong analytical skills, including interview users, research and data mining;
Have excellent speaking/ writing skills in English;
Effective communication skills to be able to present complex subjects clearly and coherently to non-domain experts and coordinate other cross-functional stakeholders working in a squad and tribe with development team; 
Talent Management skill in allocating right resources to the right projects and tasks.

A Senior Technology Risk leadership background to work with the business stakeholders and the technology Risk teams includes identifying, assessing, and managing technology risks across infrastructure, applications, cloud, data, cybersecurity, third party services, and emerging technologies and able to understand the business needs This role is responsible for working proactively in a team supporting the Company in its execution of risk management accountabilities and responsibilities. The tasks or activities for which this role is responsible each day are set out in Group policies, standards and guidance notes and revolve around technical, operational and compliance event management, change risk management, remediation/response, risk and obligation profiling. Advising business leaders on the application of the risk and compliance management framework to evaluate risks in order to achieve business outcomes. Engaging and managing senior stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the use/integration of the risk and compliance framework. Working with the business to implement systems and controls to manage the requirements of risk and compliance policies which apply to the business. Risk profiling: assisting to identify key risks and design of indicators to monitor, input into Divisional Risk Setting Statements as relevant. Designing controls: assisting to identify the right key controls to mitigate key risks and obligations applicable to the business in partnership with specialist controls team. Providing guidance on risk and control items including Subject Matter Expertise for the following: Risks, Obligations Events, Change, and related Policies; Remediation action plans to address any control design or operating effectiveness gaps; Requisitions on Management attestations, ensuring evidence is consolidated at a Sub-Divisional level; Relevant Risk Management Forums and/or other risk related committees as required. Engaging the relevant Enterprise Controls communities for expert assistance as appropriate.
