JOB DESCRIPTION

Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire project portfolio in Vietnam. Monitor Project Health, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet or exceed global standards.
P&L & Resource Management: Take full ownership of the Vietnam delivery budget. Optimize resource utilization, manage operational costs, and ensure target profit margins are achieved.
Strategic Expansion: Partner with the CDO and Sales teams to support Pre-sales activities, provide technical feasibility assessments, and strategize for the scaling of new accounts.
Global Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with leadership in the US, Mexico, and Poland to standardize delivery processes (One-KMS way) and manage cross-border resource allocation.
Talent Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Delivery Managers and Engineering Directors. Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and technical passion.
Crisis & Risk Management: Act as the ultimate escalation point for delivery issues in Vietnam, providing decisive leadership to resolve complex client or internal challenges.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience: 12+ years in the IT industry, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Delivery, VP of Engineering, or Director level) overseeing a workforce of 800+ employees.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Software Outsourcing or Global Product Development. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and modern SDLC methodologies.
Global Mindset: Extensive experience working with North American and European clients. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and manage time-zone challenges effectively.
Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
Communication: Exceptional English proficiency. You must be able to influence stakeholders and engage in high-level negotiations with C-suite executives.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration. PMP or PMI-ACP certifications are highly preferred.
