Oversee the leadership, mentoring and development of two engineering teams, namely AI BI and AI-Powered Service Desk. This includes managing recruitment, evaluating performance, and facilitating career growth. Take accountability for the delivery of both teams, comprising planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and ensuring high-quality releases. Work in conjunction with Product, Data Science/ML, and Design to establish roadmaps and convert business requirements into technical implementation. Offer technical direction and architectural oversight across BI dashboards, analytics pipelines, and AI-powered service/support tooling. Advocate for engineering best practices such as code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation. Manage competing priorities across both teams, resolve obstacles for engineers, and oversee inter-team dependencies. Collaborate with backend, frontend, and ML engineers to ensure unified architecture across the teams. Provide regular reports on team performance, progress in delivery, and potential risks to senior leadership. Cultivate an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and continual enhancement. Remain involved in hands-on tasks as required, including code reviews, architecture discussions, and making technical decisions.

Project Oversight: Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met. Monitoring & Reporting: Track the status of ongoing projects, organize weekly delivery review meetings, and provide timely updates on portfolio status, risks, and dependencies. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and escalate major risks, resolve project issues, and manage large customer escalations. Strategic Project Leadership: Directly manage key and strategic projects (approximately 50% of the time). Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate delivery resources across projects to maximize efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, manage expectations, and handle escalations. Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce delivery principles such as project planning, periodic reporting, and risk management frameworks. Team Development: Train, mentor, and support the project management team to strengthen capabilities and performance.

Develop and execute short-term and long-term development strategies in alignment with the overall business development strategy. Manage and adjust the organizational structure and conduct talent mapping and workforce planning. Develop and manage the operating budget allocation plan and participate in evaluation and hiring decisions for key positions. Collaborate with the management team to conduct performance reviews, assess capabilities, review development paths, and make promotion/personnel adjustment decisions. Establish, monitor, and evaluate the key KPI system and propose organizational improvement plans.
