JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute short-term and long-term development strategies in alignment with the overall business development strategy.
Manage and adjust the organizational structure and conduct talent mapping and workforce planning.
Develop and manage the operating budget allocation plan and participate in evaluation and hiring decisions for key positions.
Collaborate with the management team to conduct performance reviews, assess capabilities, review development paths, and make promotion/personnel adjustment decisions.
Establish, monitor, and evaluate the key KPI system and propose organizational improvement plans.
Organize and coordinate regular management meetings, growth committee meetings, and company-wide meetings.
Represent the Company in working with the parent company and coordinate strategic operational matters.
Coordinate activities related to onsite vendors, monitor progress, and resolve arising issues.
Take responsibility for periodic management reports, including organizational status, operational efficiency, budget, finance, and key issues that need to be escalated.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience in leadership roles such as CEO, COO, CTO, Country Manager, General Manager, Senior Manager, or similar.
Experience managing and leading organizations, particularly in the technology sector, especially software development teams, product teams, or delivery organizations.
Previous experience in startups, technology companies, fintech, blockchain, AI, or outsourcing/product development is an advantage.
Advantageous to have experience working with Japanese clients/partners or international markets.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate direction from the parent company into actionable plans for the product development organization in Vietnam.
Solid understanding of software technology, product development processes, project management, and delivery.
Understanding of AI and its application in product development processes, team management, and organizational operational optimization.
Strong organizational management capability, including setting up systems, processes, and measurement mechanisms.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge of or hands-on experience with various tech stacks related to Backend, Database, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, and Cloud.
Ability to inspire, build trust, and lead teams through periods of change.
Decisive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Data-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop people, build successor teams, and foster a high-performance culture.
Candidates from Vietnamese nationals or individuals currently living and working in Hanoi are preferred, with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese.
