JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop an integrated roadmap for the strategic execution of Customer Onboarding and Mastery, Financial Crime, and Fraud's strategic ambitions.
Lead engineering teams across these domains to drive outcomes, necessitating domain knowledge in these areas.
Collaborate with business teams and product owners to validate requirements and monitor post-delivery performance.
Oversee the runtime of applications in production and provide active operational support.
Lead efforts for cyber security updates and ensure software currency versions remain up to date.
Manage investment delivery across CET to maintain alignment between domains and ensure effective spending while providing insights on prioritization of spend and its effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, fostering growth and success in others
Ability to develop and lead teams, and drive business outcomes
Extensive experience in Australian and/or global banking markets, with in-depth knowledge of industry practices, business models, challenges, and best practices
Passion for financial crime, fraud, or customer onboarding to prioritize customer safety
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and support leaders in navigating challenging topics
Proven track record of business execution and program delivery, with resilience to overcome challenges and stay on schedule
Clear communication skills to address strategic and operational needs internally and externally, and make well-balanced decisions
Strong presence in senior leadership forums, quickly gaining trust and respect from peers and stakeholders
Thought leadership that secures sponsorship from business leaders to achieve objectives
