Establish and maintain effective communication processes between merchants and internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless coordination and responsiveness to merchant needs. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing partnership team, setting clear key performance indicators and accountability structures. Foster a results-oriented culture that values ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. Perform additional duties as assigned by the governing body.

Lead the regional assigned markets revenue strategy, collaborating with the revenue leader to identify priority markets and accounts and achieve new business, growth, and retention targets. Manage a targeted portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, cultivating executive-level relationships, safeguarding renewals, and uncovering opportunities to grow customer value. Drive enterprise sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure, overseeing discovery, business case preparation, negotiations, and complex purchasing processes. Support the growth of the regional sales team through hands-on customer engagement, constructive coaching, and clear performance standards to build capabilities, confidence, and ownership. Develop and strengthen regional partner relationships, turning joint account strategies into qualified leads and successful deals. Ensure pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy through the client's existing CRM, account planning, and revenue review procedures, identifying and mitigating risks proactively. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to address customer requirements, facilitate solution adoption, and incorporate field insights into commercial strategy. Maintain an active presence in the field with customers, partners, and the regional team, representing the company in strategic discussions and strengthening its market presence.
