JOB DESCRIPTION

The Head of ERP systems provides vision and leadership to the ERP team, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and maintenance of SAP and various tools within the ERP domain. This role is responsible for project, enhancement of the ERP systems and hands on for delivery. The Head of ERP systems will also oversee the support activities, manage resources, vendors and budget to ensure successful delivery in a cost-effective way.

Responsibilities:
Take charge of the SAP/ERP implementation, oversee the functional delivery and overall support of ERP including resource management, performance and scalability.
Collaborate with Infra team to enhance the SAP tech stack and keep it up-to-date with current trends, control and execute the required SAP upgrades.
Monitor and address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems.
Define and track support metrics, including OKR's and dashboards, ticketing SLAs.
Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) with the Application Management Service.
Establish a center of excellence for SAP and ERP, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage a team of Technical and ERP functional support, provide technical leadership and governance to the ERP/SAP engineering team to maintain high standards and best practices.
Manage the relationship with System Integrator regarding Projects, CRs and AMS

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.
Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP, including a deep understanding of specific technologies and modules.
Expertise in SAP technologies: HANA, Fiori, Analytics Cloud...
Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP systems in complex enterprises.
Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery / ITIL in a regulated environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving project goals.
