Head of Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Head of Finance (HoF) is responsible for leading and managing all the financial aspects of the company, including strategic financial planning and cash flow
You will lead the setting and tracking of financial goals, objectives, and budgets and handling financial reporting to the C-suite, Board of Directors, and other key constituents of the company
Ongoing and doing the annual planning. Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with regards to long-term strategic goals, operational budgets, and forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans
Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive thecompany's financial strategy
Building, leading, developing and managing the finance andaccounting functions and team
Research economic trends and its impact on the company.Analyze internal operations. Identify areas of cost reduction andprocess enhancement.
Establishing and strengthening relationships with seniormanagement, as well as external partners and stakeholders
Perform governance reviews and risk management analyses toensure organizational integrity
Oversee the company's fiscal activity, which includes budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, as well as accounting andauditing
To ensure the company's financial security, ensure that legal, regulatory, and other financial documents are filed andmonitored for compliance with laws and regulations
Partner with the leadership team on the investment strategy, corporate development.
Supervise and partner with the portfolio companies on thefinance matters and business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in management or leadership positions.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate department employees
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
High Adaptability (ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a high-uncertainty environment)
Radical open-mindedness and transparency
Experience in investment, M&A is favorable.
