JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor performance and understand vertical inside out. Work with functions to ensure performance and growth. Actively detect issues, resolve or propose solutions to ensure Vertical performances as per target and sustainable following overall company direction.
Spot opportunities for new services, products, features or policy to upgrade & upscale the vertical
Manage end-to-end of launching new sub-products as part of PL ownership.
Work with main business operation functions (but not limited to) MKT (demand, launch), Supply (driver, cs, fraud…), MP (burn, pricing, dispatch) and PM (products, user driver apps) to ensure Vertical performances.
Work with all related functions to find solution for Vertical (back office, external, etc) when needed.
Escalate and propose plans and solutions to C-level, and CEO.
Plan and manage vertical budget plan and actions overall (plan, monitor, coordinate, execute escalate).
Manage Food team and report directly to the CEO: Own and drive reports to inform results, be accountable for project outcomes, and ensure delivery on critical projects through periodic updates and analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 8 years of professional experience in Business/ Vertical - Managing is a big plus.
Experience in the food delivery or related industry.
P&L Owner experience launched products.
Commercial & savvy, quick to identify behaviors, opportunities in each local market and type of products.
Analytical, ability to read and monitor numbers and plan P&L
Highly adept at coordinating cross-functions, mobilize teams and get things done timely.
Highly localized, understand consumer psyche and have network to reference, check, research.
Deep partnership network and exposure to partnership products developments to have hands-on experience in building complex products required multiple local partnership integration, and complex coordination among stakeholders.
Aggressive, doer, get things done, understand priority.
Self-starter, high ownership attitude
Very quick learner
