JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of HR to lead the next phase of organizational evolution in a fast-scaling digital product environment. This role goes beyond traditional HR management. It requires a business-minded leader who can architect workforce strategy, elevate talent density, and embed AI-enabled people systems to support long-term competitiveness. The Head of HR will partner directly with executive leadership to shape organizational design, leadership capability, performance culture, and future-ready HR infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Architecture
Design and implement workforce strategy aligned with product roadmap and business P&L priorities
Lead organizational design initiatives to support scaling, restructuring, and portfolio expansion
Drive long-term talent density and succession planning across critical roles
Build capability frameworks linked to business outcomes Executive Business Partnership
Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related decisions
Translate business strategy into talent and capability implications
Provide data-informed workforce insights to guide growth and investment decisions
Strengthen leadership bench and organizational resilience
Talent & Performance Excellence
Upgrade hiring standards and evaluation logic to protect long-term talent quality
Establish a high-performance culture anchored in accountability and clarity
Build leadership development programs tied to strategic priorities
Align performance management with measurable business impact
AI-Enabled HR & People Analytics
Integrate AI-driven tools into recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management
Develop predictive talent analytics to anticipate capability gaps
Leverage automation to improve efficiency and decision quality
Promote responsible AI governance in people-related processes
Build HR dashboards that connect people metrics to business KPIs This role requires not only awareness of AI tools - but the ability to operationalize them in scalable HR systems.

JOB REQUIREMENT

10+ years in HR leadership roles within high-growth, tech, digital, or performance-driven environments
Demonstrated experience in organizational design and workforce scaling
Strong business acumen with exposure to financial metrics and strategic planning
Experience integrating HR technology and AI-driven tools into people systems
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
High analytical capability and structured thinking
