JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in HR within fast-growing, technology, digital, or performance-driven settings
Proven track record in organizational design and scaling of workforce
Strong understanding of business with exposure to financial metrics and strategic planning
Proficient in integrating HR technology and AI-driven tools into people systems
Capable of influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
