Head of Infrastructure

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage 4 teams: Dev/SysOps, Data, Network, Support
Design Infrastructure architecture for Digital Banking
Lead the development and implementation of the Enterprise CICD roadmap
Ensure the Data Centre’s operations meet a very high standard and targeting 99.999% availability, reliability and maintainability
Install, construct and operate all the servers, applications on open source platform
Install and operate the IT-Service Desk system as ITIL framework
Engage Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Security teams to develop and implement an effective product roadmap
Promote engineering mindset throughout the team while establishing automation best practices & solutions

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology or a related field required
8+ years of experience in information technology, engineering, networking or a related field
3+ years of people management experience
Working experience with cloud platforms
Knowledge of modern data platform on cloud
Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Experienced deploying Infrastructure as Code and is well versed in DevOps culture and methodology
Knowledge of automation tools including Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible
Expertise implementing Enterprise Systems Management solutions
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering Concepts
