JOB DESCRIPTION

This position serves as a partner to the Executive Leadership, overseeing the measurement, interpretation, and optimization of Service Centre performance.
Acts as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, shaping how business performance is measured, monitored, and improved across the Service Centre.
Manages a central Insights & Analytics team responsible for enterprise performance reporting and decision support.
Develops and enhances a performance management framework, including KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, executive reporting, and insight generation.
Transforms complex operational, technology, workforce, customer, and delivery data into clear, actionable insights.
Provides analysis and recommendations on productivity, capacity, service performance, operational risk, and business outcomes.
Develops performance narratives that support senior stakeholder discussions and inform enterprise-wide planning and decision-making.
Promotes a culture of evidence-based decision-making and performance accountability across the Service Centre.
Provides strategic oversight, governance, and leadership across multiple analytics teams delivering services to the broader organization.
Offers senior leadership and oversight of analytics teams delivering business-critical data and analytics solutions through business-aligned delivery backlogs.
Ensures analytics delivery is effectively governed, strategically aligned, outcome-focused, and consistent with enterprise data and analytics standards.
Establishes and embeds best practices, operating models, and governance frameworks to drive delivery excellence and consistency across teams.
Builds organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development.
Drives the maturity of analytics practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business impact.
Fosters a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem-solving.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights and strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
Strong commercial acumen to identify key business drivers, define meaningful performance measures, and influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.
Proven success in leading high-performing data, analytics, and technology teams that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills to shape strategic direction and drive organizational change.
Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams across diverse geographical locations and operating environments.
Collaborative leader with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on partnership, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities to navigate ambiguity and complex business challenges.
Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in data analytics, data science, statistical methodologies, and modern data technologies, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, data engineering, ETL processes, data sourcing, and analytical model development.
10-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, strategy, technology, or related disciplines.
Significant experience within highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Consulting, or Technology.
Demonstrated track record of translating complex analytical and technical findings into executive-level insights that drive business outcomes and strategic decisions.
Proven experience leading multiple analytics, data, or technology teams, including distributed and offshore delivery models.
Experience operating within large-scale service centers, shared services environments, or enterprise delivery organizations.
Strong understanding of risk management, regulatory obligations, data governance, and compliance frameworks related to the use of data and analytics.
Experience in establishing governance, operating models, performance frameworks, and capability-building initiatives that improve organizational maturity and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
Professional certifications in data, analytics, technology, project delivery, or leadership disciplines are advantageous.
A combination of formal qualifications and substantial practical leadership experience will be highly regarded.
