Our client is a leading provider of data protection and site recovery solutions for virtualized environments

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and manage the lead generation strategy across various channels such as outbound email, LinkedIn, paid media, and SEO
Provide guidance and support to a team of SDRs and lead generation specialists
Supervise activities related to list building, segmentation, and outreach using tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Snov.io
Improve key performance indicators throughout the sales process, including cost per lead, marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
Work closely with content, paid media, and marketing operations teams to create lead magnets, landing pages, and campaigns
Take ownership of CRM-based workflows and the handoff processes to the Sales team (Odoo), ensuring both the quality and quantity of leads
Develop outreach playbooks, conduct A/B tests, and explore new channels for lead generation
Provide regular reports on pipeline health and progress towards growth targets to the leadership team
Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion efforts

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 5 years of B2B SaaS lead generation experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role
Proven track record in managing outbound and inbound lead programs
Proficiency in using tools such as HubSpot/Odoo, Apollo, Snov.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
Strong analytical skills with expertise in lead funnels, KPIs, and ROI modeling
Experience collaborating with remote global teams
Experience in backup, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity industry
Knowledge of partner marketing or channel lead generation
G2/Capterra campaign management
Previous success in scaling lead generation in fast-growing startups
