JOB DESCRIPTION

Global Strategy: Define and execute the company's marketing and go-to-market strategy, aligning investments with growth objectives and revenue priorities.
AI-First Marketing: Build and scale a modern, data-driven organization that leverages automation, predictive insights, generative AI, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making, execution efficiency, and customer engagement.
Revenue Impact: Own marketing's contribution to pipeline generation, product adoption, customer retention, and expansion.
Functional Leadership: Lead Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Creative & Brand, Community, and Product Marketing to deliver a unified customer journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to execute integrated go-to-market strategies for new products, market expansion, and strategic growth opportunities.
Customer-Centric Growth: Combine data, AI capabilities, market intelligence, and experimentation to optimize acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle performance.
Operational Excellence: Establish scalable operating mechanisms, performance measurement frameworks, and analytics capabilities to continuously improve ROI and business impact.
Thought Leadership: Position the company as the leading voice in AI-augmented software testing through category creation, community engagement, and brand-building initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Over 10 years of marketing experience, with leadership roles in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
Proven success in devising and implementing go-to-market strategies resulting in pipeline growth, revenue, and customer adoption.
Skilled in leading and expanding cross-functional marketing teams encompassing Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, Community, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing.
Proficient in SaaS business models, Product-Led Growth (PLG), customer lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to meet business objectives.
Experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance marketing performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Possesses a data-driven mindset with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in fast-growing, global environments.
Preferable Experience
Background in Developer Tools, Software Testing, DevOps, AI, or related B2B technology fields.
Experience leading global go-to-market initiatives and distributed teams.
Preferred MBA or equivalent business education.
Preferred experience working in AI-native or AI-enabled technology companies.
