About the role:
Our Client is looking for a strategic, AI-driven Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing organization and accelerate the company's next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy across customer acquisition, product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
As the Company continues to strengthen its position as the category leader in AI-augmented software testing, the Head of MKT will be responsible for building a modern, data-driven, and AI-powered marketing organization that leverages emerging technologies to improve customer experiences, increase team productivity, and drive measurable business outcomes.
This leader will oversee the core marketing functions of Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Creative & Brand, Community, ensuring alignment across Product, Revenue, and Customer Success to maximize market impact and business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Define and execute Company's global marketing and go-to-market strategy, aligning marketing investments with company growth objectives and revenue priorities.
Build and scale an AI-first marketing organization that leverages automation, predictive insights, generative AI, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, execution efficiency, and customer engagement.
Own marketing's contribution to pipeline generation, revenue growth, product adoption, customer retention, and expansion.
Lead the functions of Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Creative & Brand, Community, and Product Marketing to deliver a unified customer journey.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for new products, market expansion initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities.
Drive customer-centric growth by combining data, AI capabilities, market intelligence, and experimentation to optimize acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle performance.
Establish scalable operating mechanisms, performance measurement frameworks, and marketing analytics capabilities to continuously improve ROI and business impact.
Position Company as the leading voice in AI-augmented software testing through thought leadership, category creation, community engagement, and brand-building initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENT

10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and customer adoption.
Experience leading and scaling cross-functional marketing teams across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, Community, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, Product-Led Growth (PLG), customer lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to achieve business objectives.
Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in fast-growing, global environments.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Developer Tools, Software Testing, DevOps, AI, or related B2B technology sectors.
Experience leading global go-to-market initiatives and distributed teams.
MBA or equivalent business education is a plus.
Experience working in AI-native or AI-enabled technology companies is highly preferred.
