JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and take charge of the overall product vision and roadmap for the app.
Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to discover new opportunities and unmet customer needs.
Lead the creation of a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and functions based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
Generate compelling product narratives and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to increase adoption, and partner with business development and operation teams to enhance business performance.
Establish and supervise a highly effective product team, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to guarantee smooth product development and implementation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure teams are meeting product objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to identify ways to improve our services.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, ideally B2C domain.
Demonstrated success in spearheading the development and introduction of consumer-oriented products.
Profound grasp of user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) principles.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities to motivate and lead teams effectively.
Proficiency in making data-driven decisions and utilizing product analytics.
Ideally, an in-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian market or similar emerging markets.
Ability to adapt and respond swiftly to business changes.
Demonstrates high levels of accountability and diligence.
Fluency in English.
Demonstrates a strong ownership mentality and a proactive attitude emphasizing teamwork and collaboration over individual recognition.
Additional experience working with super apps or multi-service platforms is advantageous.
A passion for the on-demand services industry and insight into future mobility trends is a plus.
Experience in building and expanding highly effective product teams is a bonus.
