Head of Product
JOB DESCRIPTION
Define and own the overall product vision and roadmap for the super app, encompassing ride-hailing and all additional services.
Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify new opportunities and unmet customer needs.
Lead the development of a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Craft compelling product narratives and work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive adoption, as well as business development and operation teams for growing business execllent.
Build and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold teams accountable for delivering on product goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to enhance our offerings.
JOB REQUIREMENT
10+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or on-demand services industry.
Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful consumer-facing products.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX), customer experience (CX) principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in working with product analytics.
Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market (or similar emerging market) is a plus.
High adaptbility and flexibility to the rapid change3s of the business.
High responsibility and diligence.
Fluency in English.
Highly ownership, Can-Do attitude with dusty hands by working as ONE team over the star player, support, collaborate and sync up with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:

Passion for the on-demand services industry and understanding of future mobility trends.
Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams.
