#Project Planning & Execution Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and sprint plans Break down high-level features into actionable tasks with clear deliverables Ensure all teams understand scope, priorities, and deadlines Host sprint planning and sprint review meetings to align teams on goals and deliverables Actively challenge and ask critical questions to the Product Owner to clarify scope, priorities, and assumptions before execution#Task & Progress Management Track daily progress across Design, Art, Dev, and QA teams Identify risks, blockers, and delays, and proactively resolve them Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards Monitor and analyze personnel performance metrics (KPI, efficiency, cycle time median, reopen rate, etc.)#Cross-team Coordination Act as the central point of communication between departments Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings Align stakeholders on priorities, scope changes, and delivery expectations Coordinate and align workflows across departments#Process Optimization Improve workflows, task tracking systems, and team productivity Maintain and enforce project management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) Propose solutions to optimize production efficiency#Reporting & Stakeholder Management Provide regular project updates to leadership Report progress, risks, and resource needs clearly and proactively Support decision-making with structured data and insights

Triển khai các giải pháp, sản phẩm trong phạm vi phân phối. Thực hiện chuyển giao công nghệ cho khách hàng/ đối tác. Tham gia hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng khi có sự cố hay các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến sản phẩm được cung cấp. Phối hợp với Presales thực hiện demo/ Proof-Of-Concept (POC) sản phẩm, giải pháp. Hỗ trợ trình bày giải pháp kỹ thuật/ workshop theo yêu cầu. Nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu các sản phẩm mới theo sự phân công từ Trưởng Bộ Phận Kỹ Thuật. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công từ Trưởng Bộ Phận Kỹ Thuật.
