JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead technical program initiatives that are large-scale, high value, and have complex dependencies, significant investment, and extended delivery timeframes, operating across multiple lines of business and geographies.
Responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process of portfolios and programs, including delivery and financial governance, quality and controls, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and benefits realization.
Coordinate global teams to deliver substantial business and technology transformation, while providing direct and second-line people leadership, including capability, capacity, and talent management.
Coach and develop leaders and teams, exemplifying Who We Are, PEAK, and Distinctive Leadership behaviors, and embedding a consistent, standardized delivery model through continuous improvement.
Work with the Delivery Excellence Team to build capability and drive a consistent, standardized delivery model across the organization, fostering continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong focus on customer and stakeholder needs, driving urgency and effective change.
Demonstrated senior leadership capability, leading diverse, high-performing teams.
Ability to collaborate across the enterprise to deliver long-term strategic roadmaps with excellent commercial acumen.
Expertise in program and portfolio management, including planning, budget, risk, and dependency management.
Strategic, enterprise-wide thinking with a growth mindset
At least 15 years of experience in professional services, financial and/or wealth services, large-scale operations, change, relationship management, and people leadership.
Proven experience in leading diverse teams with a strong customer-centric, inclusive, and empathetic leadership mindset.
Practical experience in shaping and executing strategy, from ideation through to delivering measurable outcomes.
Extensive use of structured program/project methodologies including Scaled Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Technology delivery.
Desirable: AI transformation experience
Tertiary qualification in Technology, Computer Science, or similar field.
Project management professional accreditation or working towards one.
Agile certification.
