JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop training programs and training materials on search skills and customer consultation
Research, develop, and standardize customer consulting processes
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and continuously propose improvements
Organize training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience as Head of Securities Brokerage or higher
At least 1 year of experience in training and coaching staff
Strong knowledge of using social media to reach clients
Flexible working hours
