JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Management
Supervising the upkeep of office premises to ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
Managing office supplies inventory and reordering necessary items.
Coordinating internal meetings, events, and staff welfare activities.
Overseeing office renovation projects and subsequent maintenance.
Supervising office support staff.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensuring compliance with Vietnam Government and third-party service providers' requirements for corporate processes (ERC, IRC, Visa, Work Permit, TRC, Fire Safety, etc).
Cross-Functional Support
Analyzing and enhancing the efficiency of Admin processes (e.g., purchasing process, record management, facility management, asset tracking, etc).
Managing expatriate support services, including housing arrangements and schooling for expat children.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completed a degree in Business Administration
Over 5 years of experience in a back-office function (HR, Admin, or Operations).
Familiarity with working alongside the Vietnam Government
Proficient in multitasking and efficient time management to meet deadlines.
Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
Additional proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous.
