HR C&B Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

C&B Operations: Supervise C&B staff in daily C&B activities, including but not limited to:
Payroll calculation and payment (Local & Expat) of PMH and subsidiaries. 
Bonus calculation and payment
PIT monthly report and year-end PIT finalization for local employees and expat.
Labor Contract management
Compulsory Insurance in general (monthly SHUI report, SHUI registration…)
Health care
Working processes
Internal and external labor reports
Memos, announcements
Policy:
Execute C&B policies, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
Labor Code consultation.
Performs labor issues or disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements
HRIS:
Manage employees’ data and C&B functions in HRIS (payroll, PIT, SHUI….)
Others: 
Data analysis
Manage and update Internal Regulation, Collective Agreement.
Other tasks assigned by C&B Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in C&B (experience in managing team is a plus)
At least 3 years of experience in the related scope of work mentioned above.
Knowledge of Policy, C&B operations (Payroll, PIT, Insurance...)
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law
Strong data analysis and data interpret skill
Working experience in Manufacturing, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance is preferable (scope > 500 staffs)
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent in Excel and fluent in English
Time management, negotiation, presentation skill
