HR Consultant (Platform Team – Korean Speaking)

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a leading technology company specializing in innovative solutions for various industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluating current HR procedures and suggesting improvements.
Assisting with the creation and execution of an efficient hiring system.
Working with the development team to enhance job posting features.
Ensuring the system is user-friendly, effective, and seamlessly integrates with company workflows.
Supporting communication and translating documents between Korean and Vietnamese.
Ensuring clear and accurate communication between leadership and departments.
Participating in cross-department meetings to provide insights on hiring processes.
Addressing HR-related queries and assisting with system integration.
Monitoring the effectiveness of the hiring system post-implementation.
Gathering user feedback and proposing improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Korean language major
Fluency in Korean, including proficiency in reading, listening, writing, and speaking
6-8 years of experience in HR, Korean translation, and interpretation, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and systems
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and explain HR processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools is a plus
Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills.
