JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment
Collaborate with departments to determine hiring needs, plan and carry out recruitment procedures.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
 
Compensation & Benefits (CnB)
Manage employee benefits such as salary, bonuses, and leave.
Monitor and implement social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and grassroots trade union fund in compliance with regulations.
 
Training and Development
Coordinate internal training programs on a regular monthly basis.
Engage in networking activities with partners to build a recruitment brand.
Monitor the development progress of each employee and create career paths for positions.
 
Corporate Culture
Develop and promote corporate culture, foster a positive work environment.
Organize internal activities such as holiday celebrations, excursions, and parties.
Act as a bridge between employees and management, assist in resolving internal issues.
 
Labor Relations
Ensure employees comply with labor laws and HR policies.
Support in resolving internal complaints or conflicts within the company.
Identify cases of labor regulation violations and implement measures to address any infractions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of exerience working in the field of human resources, preferably in IT or gaming.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, personnel management, and training and development.
Familiarity with labor laws, personal income tax regulations, and social insurance policies.
Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle situations flexibly.
Proficiency in using Office and Google Workspace tools.
Experience with Trello and Jira is a plus.
Fluent in English communication.
