JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs and oversee the hiring process.
Provide support for new employee onboarding.
Manage employee benefits including salaries, bonuses, and leave.
Ensure compliance with regulations for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and union fund policies.
Plan and conduct internal training programs on a regular basis.
Establish partnerships to enhance employer branding and employee development.
Monitor employee progress and create career paths for different roles.
Cultivate a positive work environment and promote corporate culture.
Plan and execute internal activities like holiday celebrations, company trips, and parties.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve internal issues.
Enforce compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Assist in resolving internal conflicts and complaints.
Identify violations of labor regulations and implement appropriate disciplinary actions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally in the IT industry.
Expertise in recruitment, compensation & benefits (CnB), training, and employee development.
Proficiency in labor laws, personal income tax, and social insurance policies.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Office and Google Workspace.
Fluent in English communication.
