JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement modern performance management frameworks and drive performance improvement initiatives for employees.
Manage total rewards and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market and align compensation with performance outcomes.
Lead employee engagement programs and foster a positive work environment while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and leadership for employer branding.
Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and implement career development plans aligned with business goals.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally and legally while advising management on employee-related policies and practices.
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards while staying updated on legal requirements.
Design, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with labor laws.
Stay updated with HR trends and propose innovative HR solutions to support company growth and employee satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in leading employee performance management, total rewards, and employee development & engagement in a dynamic environment, preferably in the tech industry.
Expertise in performance management using OKR, KPI, and BSC frameworks, and coaching managers/teams in effective goal-setting and results tracking.
Understanding of total rewards principles, practices, and trends, including compensation, benefits, work-life balance, and recognition programs, to support business goals.
Possesses a servant leadership and growth mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a team-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment and has a good understanding of corporate culture in tech companies.
Proficient in using HRIS and other HR technologies, with a good grasp of labor laws and resolving legal matters quickly.
Fluency in Vietnamese is a plus, with some understanding of talent acquisition, employer branding strategies, diversity, equity & inclusion, environmental, social, governance, payroll, and insurances.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

The standard work hours are 9: 00 - 18: 30, Monday to Friday, in-office.

Lead and develop a QA Automation team across the engineering organization. Organize pair testing sessions, QA guilds, and skill-sharing activities with developers and testers. Provide career development, feedback, and guidance to QA team members. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership on quality goals. Expand automation and quality practices across teams and products. Drive initiatives that enhance release confidence, cycle time, and regression resilience.
