JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Manager will be in charge of managing all Human Resources functions for the Vietnam office. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee engagement. The role will involve collaborating with management as a trusted business partner, while also ensuring compliance with global HR standards and local employment regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
More than 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or HRBP Manager role.
Deep understanding of the labor laws and employment practices.
Proven experience in managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Experience in technology, fintech, related industries, or multinational settings.
Exposure to regional or global HR programs.
Experience in supporting highly skilled technical or research talent populations.
HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
