JOB DESCRIPTION

In charge of overseeing the operations of the Vietnam R&D branch and facilitating communication with the headquarters in Korea. This includes HR management, standardizing workflow, corporate accounting, financial management, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, addressing operational issues, and executing improvement plans.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:
Must be a Korean national residing in Vietnam (born in Korea)
Requires 10 to 15 years of experience in the relevant field
Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher
Must be willing to work long-term in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Proficiency in drafting Korean documents is essential
Experience with local labor laws and tax regulations is required
No restrictions on overseas travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at an overseas branch of a foreign headquarters
Experience in technology-intensive industries such as electronics, IT, or semiconductors is preferred
Strong execution skills, with the ability to make persuasive proposals based on evidence and drive implementation

Develop and manage the product roadmap for the Company Platform and associated software infrastructure in collaboration with engineering leads. Collaborate with autonomy, locomotion, and simulation teams to understand their tooling needs and incorporate them into platform product decisions. Establish and monitor developer experience metrics for internal teams utilizing the Company Platform, and implement enhancements based on usage and feedback. Collaborate with research engineers and infrastructure teams to determine, prioritize, and deliver software capabilities that facilitate quicker iteration on robot behavior. Establish product documentation, release processes, and internal communication frameworks as the platform matures and the team expands. Interface with external partners and customers utilizing the Company Platform to gather requirements and validate product direction. Identify and address cross-functional dependencies between software, hardware, and operations as Asimov transitions from development to large-scale deployment.
