JOB DESCRIPTION

In charge of overseeing the operations of the Vietnam R&D branch and facilitating communication with the headquarters in Korea. This includes HR management, standardizing workflow, corporate accounting, financial management, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, addressing operational issues, and executing improvement plans.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:
Must be a Korean national residing in Vietnam (born in Korea)
Requires 10 to 15 years of experience in the relevant field
Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher
Must be willing to work long-term in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Proficiency in drafting Korean documents is essential
Experience with local labor laws and tax regulations is required
No restrictions on overseas travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at an overseas branch of a foreign headquarters
Experience in technology-intensive industries such as electronics, IT, or semiconductors is preferred
Strong execution skills, with the ability to make persuasive proposals based on evidence and drive implementation

Implement improvement plans based on defect trends, through better test coverage, improved requirement clarification, or development best practices. Lead and develop a QA Automation team across the engineering organization. Organize pair testing sessions, QA guilds, and skill-sharing activities with developers and testers. Provide career development, feedback, and guidance to QA team members. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership on quality goals. Expand automation and quality practices across teams and products. Drive initiatives that enhance release confidence, cycle time, and regression resilience.
