JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, configure and support and configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements.
Provide guidance of best practices to users and team.
Business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvement or gaps.
Define project plan and implementation strategy.
Conduct end user training and support.
Documentation and development of user guide.
Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate requirements.
Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.
Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules.
Develop best practice, processes, and standards.
Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, IDP in at least 3 implementations.
Project Management experience in managing SuccessFactors projects, in at least 3 implementations.
End user requirement gathering & stakeholder management.
Minimum years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors: 3 years PLUS
University graduate
Fluent English
Communication skills and attitude is important

WHAT'S ON OFFER

We are applying hybrid working model, 2 days at the office. However, during the probation period, we request the employee go to the office 4 days per week.
13th salary
14 days of annual leave (to be finalized with the group to add more)
