JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Strategic Planning
Develop a people strategy within the company's balanced scorecard (BSC) plan to support business objectives.
 
2. People Operations
Establish and cultivate a comprehensive people operations framework, focusing on culture, processes, and policies to improve operational efficiency.
 
3. People Consulting
Offer guidance to vice presidents, C-level executives, and their teams on staffing, performance management, and labor legislation to facilitate informed decision-making.
 
4. Team Management
Foster an inclusive HR department culture, ensuring motivation and sustainability.
Identify, nurture, and retain HR personnel to provide comprehensive and efficient HR support.
Lead and oversee the financial performance of the HR department.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Required Education
A Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is necessary.
 
2. Necessary Knowledge
Essential understanding of business operations
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR metrics and analytics
 
3. Required Skills
Proficiency in people analytics
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication capabilities
