JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for implementation process and introducing innovative ideas to improve efficiency
Maintain Release Calendar and conduct weekly release planning meeting with project teams, tracking production deployment readiness
Assist in managing inter-dependencies between systems to ensure adherence to schedules
Create Consolidated Runsheet for Integrated releases
Facilitate go/no-go decisions for production deployments
Develop Integrated roll-back plan agreed upon by stakeholders
Standardize Hypercare Incident process
Lead and support production Deployment
Facilitate go/no-go decisions post production deployment in case of issues
Assist in BVT Planning and execution
Coordinate and monitor hypercare chat during hypercare period
Manage incidents and coordinate investigation with technology partners, prioritize fixes based on business impacts
Conduct daily Hypercare meetings during hypercare period
Send out Hypercare Daily summary report
Conduct Post Implementation Review and document process for improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have experience in large transformation programs
Must have experience in an Agile environment
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships between system teams
Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and contribute to project delivery success
High proficiency with relevant software, CRM, or project management tools
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Rally, JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow
Proven ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
