As a Golang Software Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring task performance and ensuring the successful completion of assignments given by the Manager. Additionally, you are expected to proactively propose initiatives to enhance the performance of the Product team and drive innovation within the team. Provide a technical approach before implementation & make a detailed plan for requirements. Work as a team player to provide ongoing production support to our customers. Actively search for new technologies, tools for working purposes. Build and maintain the core of the project. Utilize best practices, such as Test Driven Development, and Domain-Driven Design as an architectural guide. Build integrations with third-party tools and APIs.

Focus on improving model usability for users Conduct training runs and AI experiments Analyze results and make necessary changes Collaborate with the product engineering team to implement improvements Implement and improve upon recent RL techniques like GRPO, DPO, RePO, etc. Create and manage adaptable, expandable training codebases Establish and maintain efficient data pipelines, including both synthetic and real data Ensure training jobs are capable of scaling across multiple GPUs and nodes, such as FSDP, DDP, NCCL Maintain code health over the long term by writing clean, testable, and reproducible code Contribute to the enhancement of open source dependencies (Optional) Publish papers and present research findings
