JOB DESCRIPTION

Support to manage office facilities ensuring tidiness, orderliness, and adequate supplies of stationery, beverages, and essentials
Handle incoming calls courteously and direct them appropriately, providing assistance when needed
Generate innovative ideas and support the organization of internal activities such as team-building events and celebrations
Collaborate cross-functionally to devise and implement Facebook campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives
Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the office pantry, meeting rooms, and workspaces
Assist in timely booking of grab/lunch meals, enhancing staff convenience and efficiency
Other tasks are assigned by company

JOB REQUIREMENT

Currently a 3rd or final-year university student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date after December 2025.
Must provide a student confirmation or internship introduction letter from the university.
Available for full-time work over a 6-month internship period.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Genuine interest in administrative tasks and a desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
Eager to learn, patient, attentive to detail, and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
