IT Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning and leading design sessions with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements and define software, controls, and integration, scope and specification
Analyzing and delivering product requirements.
Documenting in detail the solution design and associated software specifications, user stories and use cases.a
Working closely with Software development, UI/UX, QA teams to make sure the solutions designed are aligned with requirements
Working with Software Project Management by participating in project planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project.
Assisting Development teams with clarification of requirements.
Providing input to clarify development sprint requirements and feedback to development sprint output as requirements subject matter expert.
Maintaining high quality functional design documentation and analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

2+ years experience working as BA or similar positions.
Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology infrastructure and computer software applications
Database architecture and design skills
Software/product architecture development skills
Metrics/data-driven analytical mindset of constantly measuring success and driving continuous improvement in tools, content, and programs.
Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills
Strategic thinking: Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value. Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, changes in market needs, and development progress. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Development Team. Gather input from business leaders, users, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements align with business goals. Lead product planning sessions, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming meetings. Define, communicate, and refine the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership. Ensure all team members and stakeholders have a shared understanding of the product direction. Evaluate and track product performance using key metrics and customer feedback. Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, and QC Engineers to ensure smooth delivery. Help the team define the Definition of Done and support them in meeting it. Be available for daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to clarify product requirements and priorities.
