Establish the product direction through collaboration with the Head of Product and Service to develop a strong vision, strategy, positioning, and multi-year roadmap. Align major investments with customer and business outcomes. Lead the modernization and migration efforts, integrating legacy systems and processes while balancing speed, business continuity, scalability, and operational stability. Incorporate AI into the product by identifying valuable AI opportunities, defining responsible product use cases, and promoting adoption across workflows, service experiences, and product delivery. Use customer research, data, Design Thinking, and structured experimentation to understand needs before committing to solutions. Create a comprehensive product operating system, including disciplined discovery, PRDs, user journeys, backlog stories, release goals, decision records, success metrics, user guidance, and lifecycle governance. Apply clear frameworks to compare value, urgency, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and platform leverage to prioritize effectively and make well-founded trade-offs. Align engineering, AI, UX, architecture, operations, security, governance, business owners, and vendors across regions and functions, often without direct authority. Champion customers and Citizen Development by delivering elegant internal customer experiences and enabling governed self-service, reuse, compliance, and sustainable platform growth. Track adoption, customer satisfaction, roadmap predictability, service health, platform economics, quality, and realized business value for product performance and act upon changes early. Shape a platform used by a large user base, embedded in business-critical workflows across a global enterprise.
