JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and manage the IT team while tracking and achieving KPIs
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT team.
Ensure the uptime, availability, and performance of critical services across distributed datacenters.
Oversee backup operations, periodic data restoration tests, and planned failover drills.
Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, services, and processes.
Plan, drive, and execute IT infrastructure and operations projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Dev, QA, Security, and Product teams.
Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Investigate and evaluate new platforms, tools, and systems to support development and testing efforts.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot development and QA environments
Provide timely technical support for Dev and QA teams
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Proactively identify and resolve system issues
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain IT security policies.
Enforce access controls, patch management, and endpoint protection.
Support compliance audits by maintaining logs, reports, and documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Needing a minimum of 7 years of IT management experience
At least 2 years of experience in mid-sized private sector companies
Proven track record in leading and managing large IT projects
Expertise in managing physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Fluency or advanced English language skills
Higher education background
Additional advantage if possessing professional certifications
