Ensure alignment with engineering standards and best practices consistent with Andpad's senior developer expectations. #Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence. Oversee team performance, delivery timelines, and code quality across projects. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Facilitate technical discussions, remove roadblocks, and make key architectural decisions. Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and team culture.
