JOB DESCRIPTION

System Management: Oversee and maintain LIS, HIS, and ERP systems to ensure reliable and efficient day-to-day operations.
Project Leadership: Plan, implement, and supervise IT projects, including system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business and clinical processes through technology solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, driving high performance, productivity, and professional growth.
Security & Compliance: Safeguard IT systems by ensuring data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Budget & Assets: Manage IT budgets effectively while maintaining hardware and software assets.
Vendor Collaboration: Partner with vendors, technology providers, and headquarters to deliver successful system implementations.
Risk & Incident Management: Identify, assess, and resolve IT risks and major incidents swiftly to minimize disruption.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in networking, system administration, IT support, leadership, and communication is necessary.
Prior experience of 5+ years in IT, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
Desired attributes include being responsible, proactive, reliable, and adept at problem-solving.
The role involves working under high-pressure conditions and demands focus and adaptability.
Prior experience working in a Korean company is beneficial, as well as an understanding of the healthcare industry.
