Perform operations and maintenance for network devices such as load balancers, routers, switches, and firewalls. Manage incident and change management within the field and ensure professional resolution and adherence to IT policy's SLA. Take technical ownership of networking projects to meet project timelines and deliverables effectively. Contribute to the development and maintenance of business continuity and contingency plans including disaster recovery plans and emergency operations plans. Maintain documentation and procedures to align with institutional, state, and federal policies and regulations. Identify and resolve network issues to improve overall performance and reliability. Utilize automation tools such as Gitlab, Ansible, and Python to enhance productivity, workflow, and technology deployment. Drive continuous network performance improvements to support various business services. Participate in business trips for project implementation and troubleshooting. Participate in on-call rotation. Maintain network and load balancer functionality through Gitlab Ansible while adhering to regulations and IT security best practices. Support core business systems by addressing existing and new business requirements. Provide consultation and troubleshooting with the Development team, leveraging network expertise to understand traffic workflow, application priority, and data transport as needed.

Develop and create enterprise hardware systems, evaluating and selecting options that best meet the organization's needs. Operate, maintain, and upgrade VMWare, OpenStack environments, backup software, and libraries. Manage infrastructure environment server hardware and firmware, consolidating and improving system components like virtualization, backup servers, SAN, Hardware security module, rack, and storage systems mainly in PDC, DRC to meet the organization's current and future requirements. Contribute to IT projects, providing technical expertise and guidance on infrastructure-related components. Ensure information security by implementing appropriate measures in the infrastructure environment to fulfill the requirements of internal and external audits. Design converged SAN architecture and maintain SAN devices such as switches and storage, upgrading firmware when needed. Perform capacity planning for free space, performance, and usage, and proactively monitor systems to identify and address performance issues. Manage and monitor data center systems such as fire alarm and air conditioning, and plan server room layout and cabling. Test all changes to SAN networks, hardware, and software to ensure smooth implementation and operation. Document issues and resolutions and prepare status reports and reviews for management. Hold primary accountability for maintaining the smooth operation and availability of the datacenter, in strict adherence to SLA requirements.
