IT Support

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the company's software, applications, network systems, and servers.
Install workstations within the network and necessary peripheral devices (such as routers, printers, photocopiers, etc.).
Take responsibility for implementing security measures, information safety, and network security across the company's entire system: LAN (local area network), Wifi network (wireless network), WAN (wide area network), servers (Server), workstations including desktop computers and laptops, firewalls, etc.
Manage the company's equipment assets.

JOB REQUIREMENT

College/University degree in IT.
Have experience in an equivalent position.
Have experience in a desktop support environment.
Have functional knowledge of LAN network protocols.
Have knowledge of CCNA, MCSA is a plus.
Preferably have basic knowledge of DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools.
Roactive and highly responsible attitude towards work.
