JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Leader will be responsible for facilitating the efficient delivery of change by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements. They will also identify potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.
Work in small, highly collaborative agile teams with a clear mission and ownership of an important outcome.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to establish best practices in areas such as APIs, security, compliance, roadmap, and reliability.
Contribute to the technical direction of software features.
Develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable APIs for handling high-volume transactions.
Foster inclusive, helpful, and ownership-driven team culture.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A practical mindset and understanding of professional software engineering practices for the full development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operation, monitoring, etc.).
8+ years’ experience in software development is preferred, however, candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered.
3+ years of experience in Java is preferable, and experience in other general-purpose programming languages is welcome.
Understanding of system design and tuning for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Strong database and schema design for large-scale and finance systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with event-driven architecture or message queue system.
Professional experience working with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in enterprise architecture.
Working proficiency in English.
The ability to work and live in Ho Chi Minh City.
B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or a related discipline with proven “hands-on” development experience.
