(JTL) Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, mentor, and grow two engineering teams (AI BI and AI-Powered Service Desk), including hiring, performance management, and career development
Own delivery for both teams: planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and shipping high-quality releases
Partner with Product, Data Science/ML, and Design to define roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical execution
Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight across BI dashboards, analytics pipelines, and AI-powered service/support tooling
Drive engineering best practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation
Balance priorities across two teams, unblock engineers, and manage cross-squad dependencies
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and ML engineers to ensure cohesive architecture across teams
Report on team health, delivery progress, and risks to senior leadership
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Stay hands-on where needed - code reviews, architecture discussions, technical decision-making

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead managing multiple engineering teams or squads
Strong technical background in software engineering (frontend, backend, or full-stack), with the ability to engage credibly in architecture and technical discussions
Experience delivering data-heavy or analytics products (BI, dashboards, reporting) and/or AIpowered products
Solid understanding of agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban), sprint planning, and cross-team coordination
Strong people-management skills: hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and career growth
Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams (product, design, data science)
Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable working with global stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities across two teams and align them with company goals

Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products or features
Experience with BI platforms, KPIs, and reporting/analytics workflows
Background in customer service, helpdesk, or service desk platforms
Experience with React, modern frontend frameworks, or data visualization
Experience with Azure, Power BI Embedded, or similar enterprise analytics ecosystems
Track record of scaling engineering teams in a fast-growing tech company
Prior experience managing teams in Vietnam or the wider APAC region
