JOB DESCRIPTION

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce processes with full-stack scope on the platform
Implement safe changes on a production system used daily by the Go-to-Market team
Maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems
Design and manage integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and standard patterns
Take ownership of the health of system interfaces, including monitoring, error handling, and data consistency
Collaborate with RevOps and GTM to translate business needs into technical implementations
Challenge requirements that pose risks or create technical debt
Coordinate handoffs at the Lead-to-Quote / Quote-to-Cash boundary
Protect a revenue-critical system through change control, testing, and backup/rollback awareness
Apply security and compliance standards to Salesforce work
Optional/stretch: Support tech-heavy Lead-to-Quote topics in Salesforce when capacity allows

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires at least 4 years of practical experience with Salesforce, involving full-stack work (declarative configuration along with Apex / Lightning Web Components)
Demonstrated ability in constructing and managing Salesforce integrations and APIs for both internal and external systems
Proficiency in handling live systems crucial to revenue generation
Possession of certifications in Salesforce Administration and Platform Development I
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Salesforce Platform App Building and/or Platform Development II
Experience in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, billing, or license management
Proficiency in integrating HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing stacks

Responsible for complete manual QA of web, mobile, and payment processes including functionality, integration, regression, exploratory testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop risk-based testing strategies for releases, including scoping, estimating, preparing test data, defining entry and exit criteria. Ensure seamless end-to-end flows across frontend, backend, and integrations with third-party systems, covering multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, verifying payment lifecycle and handling of failures such as refunds, settlements, retries, idempotency, and webhooks. Manage defect reporting and triage, communicate quality status and risks effectively, and make evidence-based decisions on whether to proceed with releases.
