Senior Frontend Engineer (React - AI Customer Support)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Construct and manage frontend applications utilizing React
Create reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures
Work closely with product and design teams to craft user-friendly experiences
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
Enhance application performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
Engage in technical design discussions and code reviews
Contribute to engineering standards and best practices
Support ongoing enhancement of frontend development processes

JOB REQUIREMENT

Extensive commercial experience in working with React
In-depth understanding of modern frontend architecture and component design
Proficiency in using state management solutions such as Redux or React Query
Skilled in integrating REST APIs
Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Experience with testing frameworks and frontend quality practices
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Next.js or similar backend integration experience
Experience in design systems or component libraries
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
Previous experience with customer support, CRM, or operational platforms
Understanding of accessibility standards and frontend performance optimization
