JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for setting technical direction and improving architecture, code quality, and engineering practices as a hands-on technical leader.
Development and maintenance of backend services and business logic using modern .NET technologies and NodeJS (TypeScript).
Creation of modern, component-based frontends with React and TypeScript.
Design, implementation, and evolution of REST and GraphQL APIs and their clean integration on the frontend.
Contributions to the modernization of a large existing platform and shaping its future architecture across the stack.
Analysis and improvement of existing code, data structures, and technical workflows.
Collaboration in ensuring a high-performance and scalable development experience using modern toolchains (Vite, Turborepo, pnpm).
Implementation of automated tests on both backend and frontend, and support in establishing sustainable quality practices.
Participation in code reviews, technical discussions, and design decisions.
Close collaboration with quality engineers, architects, and product managers to achieve project goals.
Identification of technical risks, challenging assumptions, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Extensive professional experience in fullstack development at a senior or staff level with broad technical influence.
Solid experience in backend development using C# &.NET and NodeJS & TypeScript.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools (Vite, Turborepo).
Experience with relational databases, ideally Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases like Azure Cosmos DB.
Experience in designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and data fetching on the frontend (e.g., TanStack Query).
Familiarity with design systems and component-based development (Storybook, TailwindCSS).
Strong understanding of software design, maintainability, and clean code principles.
Ability to navigate complex existing systems and experience with automated testing and quality-focused practices (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
Proficiency in using Git and collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Infrastructure know-how in Azure and operational readiness including participation in an on-call rotation with a defined reaction time.
Working knowledge of the Node.js runtime and ecosystem, with hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, GraphQL, NodeJS
Familiarity with modern state management (Jotai), routing (TanStack Router), performance optimization, and accessibility in web applications
Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
Experience in modularizing large monolithic applications and working in enterprise or ERP software environments
Experience with large-scale software modernization initiatives.
