Junior Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Growth:
Work with business leaders and understand user’s metrics to define growth targets for week/month/ quarter
Coordinate with marketing teams to run campaigns that acquire/ engage/ convert users
Product Management
Understand target metrics, user’s journey and competitor’s actions in order to actively propose new product features/ improvements
Work with business leaders, UX/UI designer, engineering team and users to define a clearfeature description then ensure all stakeholders to have the same understanding
Take responsibility to ensure the data about stock markets of Finpath most updated byacquiring and working closely with data partners
Project Management
Define sprint development and take full responsibility and accountability for the Quality, Cost and Delivery of the release

JOB REQUIREMENT

2-year experience in one of following fields: management position in stock investmentrelated business OR project coordination in stock investment-related business OR investment analyst
2-year experience in investing stock him/herself
Understand major communities, forums and KOLs in stock market
IELTS > 6.5
Strong bonus if (not required)
Acquired CFA
Experience to work in a product team in the stock market

WHAT'S ON OFFER

Annual bonus base on performance (actual average bonus last year was 3 months of salary)

Develop and execute short-term and long-term development strategies in alignment with the overall business development strategy. Manage and adjust the organizational structure and conduct talent mapping and workforce planning. Develop and manage the operating budget allocation plan and participate in evaluation and hiring decisions for key positions. Collaborate with the management team to conduct performance reviews, assess capabilities, review development paths, and make promotion/personnel adjustment decisions. Establish, monitor, and evaluate the key KPI system and propose organizational improvement plans.
