JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate, monitor, and manage system integration project deployments for enterprise clients, independently or in support of the Project Manager (Lead). This may involve projects related to the deployment of technology platforms such as DevSecOps Platform, Container Platform (OpenShift/ Kubernetes), API Management (API Connect/ Kong), Monitoring & Observability (Datadog/ Prometheus/ Grafana), and CI/CD Pipeline.
Communicate with clients and partners throughout the project execution process, independently or in support of the Project Manager (Lead).
Develop an implementation plan and methods to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
Manage, monitor, and supervise the progress and quality of the project, and manage risks to ensure that the project is implemented according to the scope and requirements of the contract.
Receive customer requests and propose solutions as necessary.
Report and update the project status and progress to the Delivery Manager/Project Manager and the Client.
Manage project documents and records.
Support/execute project acceptance and handover, including preparing documentation and monitoring the acceptance process with the client.
Project administrative support/management includes monitoring resource allocation/timesheets, preparing reports for PMO, Management, and Clients.
Perform other project management-related tasks as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology/Information Systems/Business Administration or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience in positions such as Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or PMO
Possess basic knowledge of information technology, including: DevSecOps, CI/CD Pipeline, Container / Kubernetes / OpenShift, API Management, Monitoring / Logging
No technical implementation skills required, but an understanding of the IT project implementation flow is necessary
Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira/Trello/Asana, Confluence/Notion, MS Teams/Zoom
Good organizational and task tracking skills
Capable of taking clear meeting notes and writing reports
Communication skills with the Engineering team
Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in projects related to: System Integration, DevOps/Cloud, Enterprise IT
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an outsourcing environment
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in implementing solutions for large enterprises, especially in the banking sector
English proficiency: Ability to read and understand technical English documents. Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
