JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide translation services for technical and business documents in Korean, English, or Vietnamese.
Aid leaders and development team in facilitating effective communication within projects.
Support leaders in project planning, execution, and management.
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to address issues and streamline processes for enhanced collaboration.
Lead project meetings.
Verify that deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
Take on extra duties as required by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role similar to Comtor (freelance work excluded)
Proficiency in Korean: TOPIK 5+
Intermediate level of English proficiency
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Korean
Proven skills in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong dedication to continuous improvement
Proactive, positive, and responsible demeanor
Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Effective collaboration across departments and teams
Experience working with Korean clients
